Microwave Absorbing Filler

Description

The microwave absorbing fillers consist of soft magnetic powder or mixtures of soft magnetic powder and thermal conductive powder, the latter offer microwave absorbing and thermal conductive bi-functions.

Features

1.No impact on hydrosilylation.

2.Stable frequency range of   microwave absorption.

3.Good fillability in resins.

4.Good flowability of prepared glue.

GD-A185MJ, GD-A188M: applicable for 1.0(W/m·K)   microwave absorbing and thermal conductive pad.

DP-733 : applicable for 2.0(W/m·K)   microwave absorbing and thermal conductive pad.

DP-832 : applicable for 3.0(W/m·K)   microwave absorbing and thermal conductive pad.

DP-844 : applicable for 6.0(W/m·K)   microwave absorbing and thermal conductive pad.
